Week one

I got through the first week of my diet. I lost 3 1/2 pounds. Much more than the 1 to 2 I was expecting. I doubt it will be as big a change next week. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Dinner tonight was herbed chicken, sweet potato with cinnamon, broccoli and grilled pineapple.
