Was there any question, part 3

I went to a house concert tonight.  Met some nice people.  Listened to some good folk music.  One guy I thought was kind of cute.  Decided to talk to him.  In town for a couple of weeks.  He finally managed to mention that he is in a relationship.  Oh well.  Not a good enough reason to stop making a new friend.  Relationships don’t mean you have to stop meeting new people, just that they aren’t in the dating pool.

Hung out for a while after with him and the guy who runs the house concert.  Had a good time.  Played Canadian trivia.  Was embarrased that I didn’t know the name of the current Prime Minister or what day Canada Day is celebrated on, but I got most of the questions right.  Then I started to realize that it was deja vous all over again.

Once again, I have proven that if you want to find the gay man in the room, all you have to do is look at who I’m talking to.

Yes.  Laugh all you want.  I still had a good time.  There is never anything to regret about meeting new people, but it is amazing how consistent I am.  I can’t do anything but laugh at myself.  Sooner or later, I’ll catch on.

There was a really cute guy at Petsmart today. I smiled at him, he smiled at me. But he had two tiny tiny little yapyap dogs with him, so I figured he was gay… especially since he looked liked someone you’d be attracted to. (KIDDING! sort of…)
