Volkswagen recall

Just so you all know, yes, my little Beetle convertible, Myrtle, born in 2003, falls under the recall. VW said they wouldn’t be sending notices until April. However, I think I’ve already had the problem replaced because a couple of months ago, my brake lights were on when the brakes were off and turned off when the brakes were on. So no worries!

Bought my 2003 Passat in 2002 and have had to replace the brake light switch twice already. Also, the ABS module has been replaced and suddenly my horn, radio, climate control, HomeLink, rear passenger side window, and heated seats are not working. I’ve taken excellent care of my car with regular dealer maintenance. Though I its quite unfair for those who owned other VW models who has the same problem.. Like my friend who have been having some troubles with his < HREF="http://www.vdubpartsdirect.com/vw_brakedustshields.html" REL="nofollow">VW brake dust cover<>, brake light switch and abs module which has a Passat theat is not include in the VW recall..
