Dinner

Yes, it is all veggies. Before you all start jumping down my throat about that, let me tell you about the big slice of Hawaiian pizza, cake, ice cream, chunks of brie and swiss on crackers that I ate for lunch. So I was trying to balance out lunch and to eat up some of the veggies from my weekly box. Oh, and before you start wondering about what happened to the carrots, those are Rainbow Carrots from Alba Organics in Salinas, CA. They are supposed to be purple on the outside.

One side is Brussels Sprout Salad with Lemon Mint Vinaigrette. It is laying on a bed of heirloom tomato slices that were juicy and delicious.

The other side is Oven Roasted Carrots, and Brussels Sprouts. I love tossing veggies with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary and letting them bake for 20 minutes.

I ate my veggies while watching The Back-up Plan. I am now considering being artificially inseminated so that I can meet the love of my life in the back of a cab at the absolutely worst possible time. Thoughts?
