Last night’s dinner

Turns out, spinach reduces. A lot. Much pasta, minimal veggies.

  1. One thing to try: dehydrate your spinach leaves and then crush them up like any other spice (aka-basil, etc). Add them directly to your pasta next time you cook. It’ll blow your mind how yummy dried spinach can make a dish!
